Shipping Policy
At Luxe Advantage LLC, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1) Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2) Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

- Carrier: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.
- Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. They are estimates only — carrier delays due to weather, volume, or address issues are beyond our control.
3) Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — see current promotions at checkout.
4) Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States (48 states).
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
- Alaska and Hawaii: Please contact us before ordering — additional fees and transit times may apply.
5) Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment using the carrier's website or by contacting us at info@luxeadvantagellc.com.
6) Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you. Re-shipment may require an additional shipping fee.
7) Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
- We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery (porch theft). Please ensure a secure delivery location.
8) Out-of-Stock Items
- If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with options: a wait for the item, a substitution, or a full refund.
