Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Luxe Advantage LLC. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

1) Return Window

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all original contents.
  • After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or we made an error.

2) Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

  • Opened personal care products (period care kits, hygiene items)
  • Opened food or consumable products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
  • Gift cards or store credits

3) How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@luxeadvantagellc.com with the following:

  • (a) Your order number
  • (b) The item(s) you want to return
  • (c) The reason for your return

Important: Do NOT send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused. We will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

4) Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, damaged in transit): we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (changed mind, ordered wrong item): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5) Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

6) Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7) Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrived defective or damaged, email us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

8) Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Email us immediately at info@luxeadvantagellc.com.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process above.
