We do not sell personal information and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-out mechanisms (“Your Privacy Choices”) and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

- Orders & Payments (processed via PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card numbers).
- Communications (emails, SMS opt-ins/outs, support interactions).

- From Partners (carriers, payment processors, analytics/hosting acting on our behalf).
4) Sources of Personal Information

7) SMS Messaging Disclosures
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to account, shipping, and (if opted-in) promotions. Message frequency varies. Msg&Data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, START to re-subscribe, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
9) Security
We apply technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements:

- Customer support & communications: up to 3 years after last interaction.
- Device/usage analytics: up to 24 months.
- SMS logs (opt-in/opt-out): up to 24 months for compliance.
11) Your Privacy Rights & How to Exercise Them
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection to certain processing, and to opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising or certain profiling. To exercise rights, contact us (see Contact Us).
Verification & Authorized Agents
We may need to verify your identity (e.g., by confirming access to your email/phone or asking for limited information we already maintain). You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may require proof of authorization and your verification.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing info@luxeadvantagellc.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state attorney general or data protection authority.
12) State-Specific Disclosures
California (CCPA/CPRA)
- Notice at Collection: See Section 2 above.
- Sale/Share: We do not sell or share personal information.
- Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use or disclose SPI for purposes requiring a “Limit the Use” link. If that changes, we will provide the required mechanism.
- Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- Financial incentives: If we offer a program that may be considered a financial incentive (e.g., rewards tied to data), we will present its terms and opt-in/out options.
- GPC: We honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable.
Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia
Residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. We do not sell personal information or engage in targeted advertising as defined by these laws. You may appeal a decision per Section 11.
Nevada
We do not sell “covered information” as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may submit do-not-sell requests to info@luxeadvantagellc.com.
13) International Transfers (GDPR/EU/UK)
If you access our services from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may not provide the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) with our service providers.
Legal bases (EU/UK): performance of a contract (orders/support), legitimate interests (improve services, prevent fraud, secure services), consent (marketing/SMS where required), and legal obligations.

14) Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. If we make material changes, we will take additional steps as required by law.
